RestOps — Terms & Conditions (Beta Launch)

Overview

RestOps provides inflight bedding setup coordination and related support services for private aviation operations.

Services are currently offered on a limited beta-launch basis and are subject to availability, aircraft compatibility, routing limitations, and operational review.

By submitting a request through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Request Review & Availability

Submission of a request does not guarantee service availability.

All requests are reviewed for:

  • Aircraft and cabin compatibility

  • Route support

  • Operational feasibility

  • Inventory availability

  • Scheduling and delivery coordination

RestOps reserves the right to decline or modify service requests based on operational limitations.

Reservations & Deposits

If a request is approved, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

Reservation details, pricing, and payment instructions will be provided following operational review.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment instructions have been completed and confirmation has been issued by RestOps.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to departure may qualify for a deposit refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure may convert to future-use credit.

RestOps reserves the right to evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis during the beta-launch phase.

Service Limitations

RestOps services are currently limited to select routes, airports, FBOs, and aircraft configurations.

Aircraft compatibility may vary based on:

  • Cabin layout

  • Seating configuration

  • Fixed tables or monuments

  • Interior dimensions

  • Operator-specific modifications

Compatibility determinations are made at RestOps’ discretion.

Operational Changes

Customers are responsible for promptly notifying RestOps of:

  • Schedule changes

  • Tail changes

  • FBO changes

  • Routing changes

  • Aircraft substitutions

Operational changes may impact service availability and pricing.

Limitation of Liability

RestOps shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide service resulting from:

  • Aircraft changes

  • Weather

  • ATC delays

  • Operational disruptions

  • FBO limitations

  • Customs delays

  • Third-party service providers

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable operational control

RestOps’ liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable reservation.
